Shipping policy

We will package items to the best of our ability. We recommend that areas that are warm in temperature wait for cooler seasons to order due to the nature of our products. Syrup is best kept in cool area and in the refrigerator once opened. The soft sugar, hard sugar, and cream sugar products will melt or become soft in too hot of an area.

Our pricing may seem high compared to others, but we ship these to the best of our ability. We make and package everything to order. We use USPS, that way when we drop it off for shipping, it will be with you within 1-3 business days. Large orders may be in multiple boxes.
