About us

We started boiling sap in 2015. In 2015 we made only a gallon of syrup with a turkey fryer. As of now, we have a Leader inferno arch with 2x6 raised flue pans making 60 gallons of syrup. We are also starting to make other syrup products, like our soft candies, hard suckers and cream. Below is a photo of our CEO, Tyler as he watches the first boil in the new pans.
