This is every syrup makers most hated tool. The name is a lie, you actually need 5 hands to operate it, and even then you have to hold your tongue the right way. This swages the lines onto the adapters (straight fitting, T fittings, end caps, etc.). By forcing the lines onto the adapters, it makes an airtight fitting without the need for extra hardware.
